INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order is over $200 you will automatically qualify for FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY however, we do not offer a free returns service outside of the UK, so you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred on returning an item.

We ship globally via DHL Express, all items require a signature on delivery. Coup de Coeur cover all duties and taxes.

UK ORDERS
We offer a FREE UK COLLECTION & RETURNS service on full price items only (sale goods not included). Please email us at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return. We will then issue you with a Returns shipping label to attach to your parcel and arrange a collection for you, please specify a pick-up address and date of pick up.

Your refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE – Items returned must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition. In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Coup de Coeur will accept returns for items purchased, as long as the Returns procedure above has been followed. International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse. We advise that you have insurance against loss of the parcel as Coup de Coeur will hold no responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Items must be returned in an unworn re-saleable condition. Once the items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, and free returns is not offered for sale goods purchased.
