INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers: If your order is over £150/$200 you will automatically qualify for FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY. However we do not offer a free returns service outside of the UK, so you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred on returning an item. Please check our returns policy below before ordering.We ship globally via DHL Express, all items will require a signature on delivery. Please select your country at checkout, however if your country is not listed, please contact COUP DE COEUR at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk for a quote.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

International orders, now including the EU, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

EU orders: Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to custom and duty charges which are payable by the customer.

As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

To our customers in Australia, please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Coup de Coeur London, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for
 a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please follow the returns procedure below:

UK ORDERS
At Coup de Coeur London we offer a FREE UK COLLECTION & RETURNS service on full price items only (sale goods not included).

RETURNS PROCEDURE

EMAIL COUP DE COEUR LONDON
Please email us at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return.
Please state your customer number, the product/item number and details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then issue you with a Returns shipping label for you to attach to your parcel.

BOOK COLLECTION
The Coup de Coeur London team will arrange a collection for you, please specify a pick-up address and date of pick up.

PARCEL COLLECTED
Our DPD/Interlink driver will supply a waybill and attach it to your parcel to be returned, and then the parcel will be on its way back to us.

PARCEL RECEIVED
Once we receive your parcel at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and that your refund is being processed.

YOUR REFUND
Your refund will be credited back via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE – Items returned must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition. In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned, we are also unable to accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are faulty.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Coup de Coeur London will accept returns for items purchased by international customers, as long as the RETURNS PROCEDURE above has been followed. International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse. We advise that you have insurance against loss of the parcel as Coup de Coeur London will hold no responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Items must be returned in an unworn re-saleable condition. Once the items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, and free returns is not offered for sale goods purchased.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If the item is in stock then it will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. On placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation from the Coup de Coeur London team with tracking information.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer services team within 72 hours of receiving the product at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY
Please check your items carefully when they arrive. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/damaged item please email our customer services team at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk stating your order number and the nature of the fault. Our team will advise you on how to return the items for a replacement or full refund. For faulty items that have been worn or used or returns outside our Return’s Policy, please email our customer services team at info@coupdecoeurlondon.co.uk for further assistance.
